Our scheduler shows real availability. We also confirm travel details before finalizing.
Do you travel outside the free zone?
Yes — mileage charges apply beyond miles of .
WAIVER
Player safety & liability waiver
This is a client-side demo that captures a signature and generates a downloadable waiver file. For enforceability and storage/audit trails, use a dedicated e-sign tool and have your final waiver reviewed by an attorney.

By signing below, I acknowledge that participation in activities provided by Elite XP Parties involves inherent risks,
including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other injuries that may occur while entering, exiting, or
participating inside or around the mobile gaming unit. I agree to follow all instructions and safety rules provided by staff.
I, on behalf of myself and/or the participant(s) listed, release and hold harmless Elite XP Parties, its owners, employees,
contractors, and agents from any and all claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
I certify that I am the participant or the parent/legal guardian of the participant(s) if under 18, and I have the authority to sign this waiver.
